Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), age 18 years or older at time of entry who are independent DJs or Producers.

Getting your track to the top of the chart will increase exposure and consideration, but the winner will ultimately be chosen by the judging panel based on votes, creativity, and quality, regardless of its ranking.
